Bright, showy deep blue rose double with rose red veins. This is another scarce color for doubles-one that shines across the garden. Throat is lemon with a green center. Petaloids swirl and stand up in center giving a peony effect. Form is flat and triangular. Sepals recurve while petals are rather spoon shaped. Ruffled petals and sepals. Excellent substance; lightly creped, satiny finish; very diamond dusted. Two-way branching, 10-13 buds, repeats three times. Very showy; excellent form; has pistil and pollen.
