I would have named this "Stoplight" if that name had not been used years ago for this stunning flower is red, yellow and green, creating a TRICOLOR EXPLOSION. In the Yancey tradition, the red is a shimmering raspberry rose red (no orange). Blooms have a 1" yellow cream watermark above a 3" center of lime green and chartreuse which holds all day. A hairline edge of lavender rims the segments. Form is flat, rounded, and triangular; sepals recurve, petal tips recurve slightly; overlapped. Velvety texture; excellent substance. Matte and crepe finish. Small gathered ruffles and waved edges. Very showy. Three-way branching, 16-20 buds. You won't be disappointed with this red beauty.
