If you thought that cut edges and fringing appears only in tetraploids, think again. John Shooter made a fringed edge breakthrough several years ago with QUILTED LACE. This spectacular huge light lemon yellow with deeper shading along the light cream yellow midribs sports a deep bright yellow fringe. Its throat is large (2 1/2") and light green. Form is flat, winged triangular with all segments flaring. Creped texture; excellent, spongy substance. Ruffled, crimped, and fringed. Blooms hover just above the foliage. Three-way branching, 15-18 buds.
