A study in light and dark is this medium red purple with a 1" cloverleaf blue lavender watermark and a small chartreuse throat. Thin white line on the petals sets off this dark flower. Form is triangular with tips recurving and sepals curling. Small gathered ruffles on petals and sepals. Velvety; excellent substance. Edges have a hairline of lavender and white. Three-way branching,15-18 buds.
